Prefer 1-2 people and pets are a maybe. I'd have to meet the rascal before I say yes. $600 which includes all utilities. Upstairs will be a vacation rental and realistically only rented out for 60-75 nights a year, and mostly during summer months. So for the most part it will be quiet. Perfect for Phd student."
