Online TW classes are typically cross-listed at the 6000 and 7000 levels. Can TW students take the 7000-level version of a class?

The 7000-level versions are meant for PhD students and usually require more work from students and weekly on-campus meetings with the instructor. I would email any TW students who enrolled in a 7000-level class and make sure they were aware of the added expectations.
